Callum Turner
Callum Robilliard TurnerĀ (born 15 February 1990) is an English actor. After beginning a career as a fashion model, he began working in film and television. He had lead roles in the drama filmĀ Queen and CountryĀ (2014) and the mystery miniseriesĀ GlueĀ (2014). He played Theseus, the brother ofĀ Newt Scamander, in the fantasy filmsĀ Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of GrindelwaldĀ (2018) andĀ Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of DumbledoreĀ (2022).
Turner's performance in the mystery seriesĀ The CaptureĀ (2019) earned him a nomination for theĀ British Academy Television Award for Best Actor.Ā He has since starred asĀ Joe RantzĀ in the biographical filmĀ The Boys in the BoatĀ (2023) and asĀ John "Bucky" EganĀ in the miniseriesĀ Masters of the AirĀ (2024).
